                                                              (e)   screening may incorporate solid translucent screens,
                                                                    shutters, perforated panels or trellises which have a
                                                                    maximum of 50% openings.

                                                              Dwellings provide:
                                                              (a)   clearly identify private residential space by using
                                                                    features such as low walls, changes in surface texture
                                                                    or other landscape treatments.; and
                                                              (b)   private open space or an open balcony directly
                                                                    accessible from a habitable room:
                                                                    (i)     with a minimum area of 9m²,
                                                                    (ii)    with a minimum dimension of 2.5 metres; and
                                                                    (iii)   is clear of any utilities such as gas, water tanks
                                                                            and air conditioning units.
