                                                             (c)   visually integrated into the line and plane of the building
                                                                   and roof design and do not project beyond the height or
                                                                   width of the building when viewed from the street and
                                                                   adjoining properties; and
                                                             (d)   fully enclosed or screened where above ground level
                                                                   such that they are not visible from the street frontages
                                                                   nor adjoining properties.
