features that are consistent with the form of
development in the Noosa Business Centre;
(b) is in keeping with the Noosa style by:
(i) presenting a high quality pedestrian focus built
form to the internal ushaped road;
(ii) buildings being interspersed with attractive and
low key informal spaces that are interspersed
with high amenity landscaping incorporating
some mature canopy trees to provide for shade
along pedestrian routes; and
(iii) provide for pedestrian connectivity between the
proposed car parking to the rear to the internal
ushaped road.

(a) is for small scale uses including startup businesses
with a focus on digital technologies, creative industry,
emerging research and technologies and professional
