As shown in Figure 21 below the pedestrian spine redefines the active transport experience for
employees and visitors to the site arriving on foot or by bicycle. The pedestrian spine visually
integrates with the intended character of the streetscape through appropriate landscape design,
custom finishes and appropriate building materials. Additional landscaped areas to Hofmann Drive
continue into the site near the building entrances
