• Servicing provisions are included at ground floor internally to the building and a dedicated van
space is located close to the entrance. Further detail on specific waste management practices are
included in Appendix I.
The health & wellness use and co-working / office spaces are expected to bring a high level of amenity
and a diversity in users and visitors to the site. Building 4 supports significant new employment
opportunities that are of a scale and character consistent with the expected future growth of the Shire
Business Centre.

In relation to the treatment of the building mass and façade detail we note:
• The design is responsive to its surrounding environment and appropriate to its function, gateway
position and arrival experience as part of an improved public realm;
• The design rationale has been to provide different facade identities to break down the bulk and
mass of the building;
• A greater expression of the site entry with a defined stepping between the lower and upper parts
of the building and reduction in massing on the north-east corner;
• Opportunity for large public artwork to northern façade;
