The consolidation of the F&B Pavilion has been explained earlier in terms of amenity; its ability to
cater for workers and visitors; and its centrality within the development.
Nonetheless, the applicant has considered opportunities to further enhance external activation and
presentation elements of the building to bring activity and interest to the site. At ground floor, an Indoor
Sport and Recreation use (24-hour gymnasium) tenancy is now proposed. Whilst a tenant is yet to be
secured, it is not uncommon that these facilities have an ancillary small-scale café which supports
social connection and the daily interactions for community life.
