The reconfigured Showroom Precinct has similar spatial attributes to the current proposal allowing for
these tenancies to the northern portion of the site. However, the revised Noosa Marketplace has
sought further market feedback and additional technical inputs that provide the applicant with
confidence in the intended flexibility sought for the site.
Accordingly, we seek to deliver the Noosa Marketplace as an integrated mixed-use development and
contend that the clustering or co-location of certain uses responds to the realities of market influences
on development mix and delivery. The Noosa Marketplace seeks to create a place that is perceptibly
distinct and strengthens local identity.
