    30. Provide motorcycle parking bays consistent with the requirements of The Noosa plan.
Response to sub-item 30:
As detailed in Section 6.4 of the traffic report, the proposed carparking arrangement is considered
appropriate to support the development and configured to maximise carpark utilisation across a range
of road user groups. It is noted that motorcycles accessing the site can utilise any of the 316 general
carparking spaces.


    31. Include staff bicycle parking in a secured covered area, and visitor bicycle parking dispersed
        through the development in locations convenience for visitor use.
Response to sub-item 31:
The amended traffic layout plan prepared by Cambray Consulting in Appendix F provides bicycle
parking bays at a rate of 1 per 300m2 for staff bays and 1 per 500m2 for visitor bays which meets the
requirements of The Noosa Plan. The total number of bicycle parking spaces are 43 bays and 26 bays
for visitor bicycle parking. The proposed visitor bicycle parking spaces are to be located adjacent to
the T11 and T20 tenancies.
