5.3.2        Bushfire          and         Acid      Sulphate
             Soils


             Whilst it is acknowledged that the
             subject sites are affected by a
             Medium           Bushfire          Hazard,         the
             proposal simply seeks approval for
             a boundary realignment. On this
             basis, none of the existing built
             features on site will be changed
             and therefore the Bushfire Hazard
             will not have any additional effects on the sites.




5.3.3        Landslide and Flood Hazard


             Whilst      it    is    acknowledged               the
             subject      site       is       affected     by    a
             Landslide Hazard Area, it is noted
             that the proposal simply seeks to
             undertake                    a          boundary
             realignment.                 Therefore,         this
             overlay          will        not     affect        the
             proposal.
