Conclusion
Based on the above assessment my view is there are adequate planning grounds on which to approve
the development, subject to reasonable and relevant conditions.
| request staff assistance in developing conditions for approval including conditions for rehabilitation,
an environmental covenant and house site delineation as discussed above.
