1.2      SITE DESCRIPTION
The site has an area of approximately 2ha and contains an existing dwelling and associated infrastructure
is located within an existing cleared area within the northern site extent. The remainder of the site
contains native vegetation. Approximately 1.09ha of the site is proposed to be cleared of vegetation to
facilitate the approved development. 7,675m2 of vegetation is proposed to be retained within a
conservation covenant in the western site extent. Plate 1 depicts the existing site conditions.
