Bushfire Hazard Assessment & Management Plan v4 NCES REF: J000841 Lot 4 on SP320405 – 7 Triller Court, Pomona Plate 6 – Characteristic vegetation within VHC 40.4 3.2.3 Vegetation Hazard Class 41.4 – Discontinuous low grass or tree cover Vegetation Hazard Class 41.4 (VHC 41.4) is characterised by the large expanse of mowed grass within the west of the site and other areas maintained as mowed grass with low density woody vegetation. VHC 41.4 is attributed a potential combined surface fuel load of 2.5t/ha and total fuel load of 3t/ha (QFES, 2019). Plate 7 depicts typical conditions with VHC 41.4.
