Terms of Reference
Request by Jason Baron (Director – Black & White Projects) to provide an Arboricultural Report as per
Council conditions as detailed below.
Provide an arborist report that addresses the retention of the existing trees (suggest
addressing the relocation of existing palms also) The report must be site specific and
include recommendations for the works and methodology.
Procedure
A ground site assessment was conducted on March 11, 2021.
