External Consultation - Community & Stakeholder

Relevant unions via the Employee Consultative Committee.

Internal Consultation

Significant internal consultation has been undertaken as part of the review process. This has
included:
 Five staff newsletters keeping staff informed about progress.
 Two rounds of staff consultation. The first occurred in December 2016 and resulted in over 75
    suggestions that helped shape the draft structure. The second round of consultation on the
    draft structure occurred during February 2017 and resulted in over 20 suggestions on that draft
    structure.
 A number of workshops were held in December 2016 with the Leadership Team and Managers
   Group.
 Some specific staff workshops were held on particular issues (e.g. Council building and
   facilities management) to gain further input.
 Councillor briefings during the review process.
 A number of one on one meetings with affected staff to discuss issues.
