PLANNING & ORGANISATION COMMITTEE MEETING AGENDA 9 DECEMBER 2014
Section 257 (3) of the Local Government Regulation 2012 provides that:
“All meetings of a local government are to be held –
(a) at one of the local government’s public offices; or
(b) for a particular meeting – at another place fixed by the local government, by resolution, for
the meeting.
The report recommendation meets the requirements of this section of the Regulation.
Previous Council Consideration
At its Ordinary Meeting on 1 May 2014 Council resolved to hold its Ordinary Meeting on 29 May
2014 at the Pomona Bowls Club, and its Ordinary Meeting on 20 November 2014 at the Peregian
Beach Surf Club.
