Both Eumundi Noosa Road and Walter Hay Drive are classified as Major Roads according to the Noosa Plan.
Eumundi Noosa Road is a four lane (two lane each direction), median divided road along the site frontage
and Walter Hay Drive is a two lane, median divided road along the site frontage. Dedicated on-street cycle
lanes and pedestrian footpaths are provided along each carriageway for both the roads fronting the site.
