Figures 12-16 are photographs taken while the cherry-picker crane was in place. The owner of
298 Tablelands Road would not permit Council’s Development Planner or independent visual
consultant to take photographs from their property on the day the cherry-picker was in place. A
subsequent submission from this owner received in January 2020 included a photograph that the
owner had taken of the cherry-picker depicting the view of the proposed tower from his proposed
house site. Council’s Development Planner and Manager Planning Assessment returned to the
site in January 2020 to verify the location that the submitted photograph had been taken. It is
considered that the photograph of the cherry-picker taken by the owner is an accurate
representation of the view from the proposed house site with the proposed tower in place. The
photograph taken by the owner of 298 Tablelands Road is shown at Figure 17 below.
