4. Harm to Wildlife and Environmental Degradation

This area is home to diverse wildlife, including endangered species like the koala and echidnas.
The increased traffic, noise, and habitat disruption caused by the development will further
endanger these species and harm the surrounding ecosystem. | am also concerned that parts
of the property have already been excavated, potentially destroying critical habitats. The venue's
ongoing operations will only exacerbate these issues, putting additional strain on local wildlife.

5. Concerns About Future Expansion

Approving this venue is likely to open the door for further expansions that will create an even
greater negative impact on the community. Once the business is established, it will likely seek
to grow beyond its initial proposal, potentially turning the venue into a larger, more frequent
event space. This development may become unsustainable at its proposed scale, requiring
further expansion to remain viable, which would further disrupt the area and exacerbate the
issues outlined above.

| respectfully request that the Council take these concerns into consideration and deny
approval for this development. This rural area is not suitable for such a venue, and the negative
impact on residents, the local environment, and infrastructure will be significant. The
preservation of our community’s peace, safety, and natural beauty should be a priority.
