     REOPENING OF THE MEETING TO THE PUBLIC

     That Council note the report by the Disaster Reconstruction Coordinator to the Ordinary
     Meeting dated 19 February 2026 regarding:
     A. Award Contract No. CN25253 for Sunshine Creek Landslide Stabilisation to Sunshine
        Civil Solutions Pty Ltd at a value of $2,492,858.96 (excluding GST);
     B. Delegate to the Chief Executive Officer the power to negotiate, finalise, execute and do
        all the things necessary to administer the Contract on behalf of Council; and
     C. Delegate to the Chief Executive Officer the power to amend the contract up to 17.57% of
        the budget allocated for the project.
