                         THE COURT DIRECTS THAT:

                         Further Service


                    1. The Applicant serve the Originating Application on each of the First Respondents by post,
                         where the letter sent to the address recorded by the Applicant for the owner of each lot
                        for the purposes of issuing of rates notices has been returned to sender, by serving them
                        by post at any postal address provided by the Body Corporate, by providing them with a
                        copy of:

                                           i. This Order

                                          ii. The Origination Application

                                          iii. A letter in substantially the following form:

                                              The Sunshine Coast Regional Council has commenced an action in the
                                              Planning and Environment Court at Maroochydore by way of Originating
                                              Application. All the owners of lots at Noosa Lakes Resort at 1-3 Hilton Terrace,
                                              Noosaville have been named as parties. You are listed as the owner of one of
                                              the lots and this letter and the accompanying material have been sent to you
                                              by way of service of the Originating Application.

                                             Enclosed please find:
                                             1. a copy of the Originating Application
                                             2. a copy of the Order of the Planning and Environment Court dated 14
                                             September 2012 authorising service of the Originating Application on you in
                                             this manner.
