Upgrade works to the existing shopping centre include an extensive arbour along the full length of
the existing northern façade designed by local architects, Bark Design. Two substantial canopy
roofs are also proposed extending from the existing shopping centre entrances over the zebra
crossings on the internal road. These plans are included as Attachment 2, with extracts shown
below in Figures 10 and 11 below. No alterations to the existing internal road layout are required
as a result of the proposed arbours and canopy roofs.
