No significant upgrades to the external road network are proposed, however, the applicant
indicates two external intersections will require upgrades within a 10 year horizon, being Eumundi-
Noosa Road/Beckmans Road and Eumundi-Noosa Road/Eenie Creek Road. The applicant
submits standard development contributions will cover the former and an additional contribution
should be apportioned toward the latter.

The application includes operational works components relating to vegetation removal and
earthworks within a Coastal Management district. Both components are directly associated with
the shopping centre expansion and have been included with the initial application to provide the
applicant with certainty regarding these particular operational works aspects.
