As indicated in Figure 20 below, the development is predominantly located within Precinct E1 but
also extends into precincts E6, E7, B2 and OS7. The effect of the development, if approved, would
be to realign the precinct boundaries and internal road layout, with future development in precincts
E6 and E7 limited to the balance areas. Figure 21 indicates the approximate new Precinct E1
boundary that would contain the shopping centre expansion, which is approximately 5.91ha in size
(with the existing precinct size being 4.0ha).
