Locality Provisions
The proposal includes uses identified as both consistent and inconsistent with the zone and is
required to follow an impact assessable application process. The development is predominantly
located within Precinct E1 but does extend into Precincts E7, OS7 and B1.
To clarify, the Noosaville Locality Code identifies the following uses as consistent uses in Precinct
E1 – Technology Based R&D Business Offices & Civic:
       Commercial Business – Type 1 Office
       Commercial Business – Type 2 Medical
       Commercial Business – Type 3 Veterinary
       Retail Business – Type 6 Hardware Store
       Education – Type 3 Adult
       Education – Type 4 Information
       Wellbeing – Type 2 Social
