Good afternoon,

Reference is made to the abovementioned development application for an nbn™ facility at 246 Schreibers Road, Cooran (MCU15/0034).

Condition 5 of the Negotiated Decision Notice (attached), states:

“5. Certification must be submitted to Council from a Licensed Surveyor which certifies that the monopole structure does not exceed the maximum height requirement of this Decision Notice.”

Please find attached a Height Certification from a Licenced Surveyor which indicates the facility does not exceed the maximum height requirement of the decision notice (41 m above the finished ground level and the natural ground surface).
