                 Good afternoon James,

                 Thank you for your phone call last week.

                 Following discussions between the Development Planner and the Planning Coordinator, it has
                 been confirmed that a Minor Change Application is required to amend Condition 4 of Decision
                 Notice MCU22/0097.01 relating to 14–16 Reserve Street, Pomona.

                 It is noted that the approved operating hours contained within Condition 4 are consistent with
                 those contained in the original approval (MCU22/0097). As a result, any amendment to the
                 approved operating hours will need to be considered through the Minor Change Application
                 process.

                 A request for a reduction in the applicable application fee may be submitted as part of the
                 process.

                 Please find attached DA Form 5 for your completion and submission.
