Hi Julie,

Your proposal for the Bell Tower will require an application for Preliminary Building Works assessable against the
Planning Scheme as the site is within the Character Area of the Heritage Overlay in The Noosa Plan. This means
you will need to submit Form 1 Parts A & E and Assessment checklist Section 1. http:/Awww.dip.qld.gov.au/forms-
templates/idas-application-forms.htm! The application fee is $721, however, as a Religious organisation you are

entitled to a 50% reduction in fees. Please confirm this in your application to enable the fee waiver to be imposed.

 

Could you also please advise the height of the tower and also if and when the beil will ring. iy
