in July 2008, our parish submitted plans for the renovation of a toilet. On the approved plans was the installation of
a bell tower. At the time of application for the toilet renovation we were not ina financial position to construct the
bell tower and approval was not requested. We would now like to proceed with this tower.

Attached is two sketches of the tower and a scanned copy of the plans.

The tower is under 10sqm and is an open design. We would appreciate your advice as to approvals that may be
required prior to construction.

We would appreciate your advice at your earliest convenience.
