                     Re: MCU21/0156 ~ 89, 91 & 93 Eumundi Noosa Road, Noosaville

We have reviewed Noosa Council’s request for information dated 29 October 2021 and provide our response to
the Engineering related items.

Issue 7 - Earthworks

      We have produced a Bulk Earthworks Plan together with a plan showing sections cut through the length of
      the site showing the extent of the proposed works. These drawings are numbered 31131-C3.1 & C3.2.

Issue 9 - Sewer Network

      Hydraulics Consultants MRP have provided a plan indicating sewer pumping facilities for the site. This
      includes the bin wash down area. A copy of the MRP plan (No. 210892 H-102) is attached for Council’s
      assessment.

Issue 10 – Traffic Engineering

      We have expanded the information supplied on our previously issued drawings which includes the
      following:

      •     We have shown a proposed extension of the existing central medium in Noosa–Eumundi Road to a
            point past the southern edge of the proposed driveway providing access to the site ensuring left in,
            left out to the site.

      •     We have made contact with Cleanaway to confirm the actual truck dimensions that would be used
            to service the site, (Dennis Eagle Elite 2, 6 x 4 chassis). We have updated our model to match this
            vehicle. As a result, a minor reconfiguration of the driveway turning head was required. As was the
            upper floor overhang of unit 8. Our turning template drawing has been revised to show these
            changes. The architectural plans have also been revised to provide head clearance for the WCV.

      •     We have expanded our previously issued driveway and access plan to include additional information
            such as driveway widths. We produced an additional plan which provides driveway levels and grades
            including a long section along the driveway.
