2.2. Site Description
The site includes:
     64 Poinciana Avenue, which supports an existing 2 storey building, 11 carparks and 1
       loading bay. The building is currently approved for Professional Offices, Laboratory and
       Service Industry uses. The site is accessed by vehicle via left in left out arrangement
       directly from Moorindil Street.
     5 Moorindil Street, which supports a Place of Worship building and gravel unmarked
       carparking. The site is accessed directly off Moorindil Street.
The two parcels of land are separated by Poinciana Avenue, which is identified as a high volume
distributor road.
5 Moorindil Street, Tewantin, is accessed from the existing building at 64 Poinciana Avenue via
Council’s connecting paths and a pedestrian crossing point across Poinciana Avenue. The
pedestrian connection length is about 135 metres. The following figure details the two sites
subject to the application.
