2.3. Surrounding Land Uses
Surrounding land uses include:
   Child Care Centre and Play Group uses and Ward Park immediately to the north;
   Professional Offices and Medial Centre immediately to the east;
   Home Occupation Medical Centre, Service Station, Masonic Hall and residential uses
     across Moorindil Street immediately to the west; and
The wider locality consists of mixed multi-units, duplexes and single dwellings. The locality is
generally zoned under the Noosa Plan for attached housing.
The site is located approximately 200m from the Tewantin town centre.
