Response:

The revised proposal plans demonstrate that 270m2 of landscaping will be provided with the proposed
development exceeding compliance with the acceptable outcome AO6. It is noted that soft landscaping
includes all grassed areas, which is not included in the above calculation 2. The original proposal plans clearly
exceeded 20% of soft landscaping.

Development Assessment Rules

Under section 13 of the Development Assessment Rules, the applicant has responded to the information
request, which means the information request period under part 3 has ended.
