                        Amendments The landscape plans must be resubmitted prior to a prestart meeting and
                                   incorporate the following:
                                            (a)     additional Syzygium hemilamprum planted at 4 metres centres
                                                    within the Unit 3 landscape frontage garden for the full length of
                                                    Bottlebrush Ave and Berrima Row frontage.
                                            (b)     batter mix B and C to incorporate the following species:
                                                          i.     Banksia integrifolia ‘natural form’
                                                          ii.    Banksia robur
                                                          iii.   Glochidion ferdinandi
                                                          iv.    Corymbia tessellaris
                                                          v.     Leptospermum polygalifolium
                                                          vi.    Acmena smithii

                                            (c)     replacement of all turf within the road reserve in Berrima Row with
                                                    batter planting mix C
                                            (d)     substitute Lepidozamia peroffskyana with Backhousia myrtifolia or
                                                    Syzygium oleoseum.
                                            (e)     north-western boundary to incorporate plant species that will
                                                    provide an effective buffer for maintaining privacy for adjoining
                                                    uses, such as Syzygium australe, Callistemon ‘slim’ planted as a
                                                    screening hedge.
