                                        (f)   substitute Alpinia caerulea and Asplenium nidus along the northern
                                              boundary with plant species that will provide an effective buffer for
                                              maintaining privacy for adjoining uses, such as syzygium australe
                                              or Elaeocarpus reticulatus.
                                        (g)   vegetated screening of any electrical transformers, bin storage
                                              areas and the like from the road frontage
                                        (h)   control of all weeds species listed in the following standards and
                                              legislation:
                                              i.     declared plants under the Land Protection (Biodiversity Act
                                                     2014 and sub-ordinate Regulation 2016).
                                              ii.    Non-scheduled invasive species listed in the Noosa
                                                     Biosecurity Plan 2020
