At the time of lodgement, Seqwater was awaiting receipt of the landowner’s consent from Noosa Council. The
landowner’s consent will be submitted as soon as it becomes available to ensure the development application can
be accepted as properly made and progress through Council’s assessment process.


Based on the assessment provided, the proposed development is consistent with the applicable assessment
benchmarks and is suitable for approval, subject to reasonable and relevant conditions.
