GENERAL COMMITTEE MEETING AGENDA 12 OCTOBER 2020
The increase in 25.0m2 GFA to Level 1 via the addition of new amenities for the Sails
Restaurant tenancy. The new amenities are required in order for the development to comply
with the Disability Discrimination Act, with the existing amenities poorly located and as such,
the increase in GFA is recommended to be supported. The amenities are to be located on
top of the existing substation and will be adequately screened from the Park Road street front
(refer to Figures 20 - 21).
