18/09/2020 | Maintaining roads, mowing, street sweeping, parks and so forth should remain the same,
reducing these services has a knock on effect on community pride and lowers the esteem of
the area in general. Libraries too are important community resources for those that need them.
Without these basic amenities, overall community morale suffers. I've seen this happen with
local council austerity measures in England, and it costs more long term.
vandals ... | wonder if there’s some sort of frame that can be put around the lovely sapling-sized
trees that council plants to protect them from idiots who break them off. Also litter is pretty bad
between the junction and Hastings st especially after long weekends.
19/09/2020 | Well it shid be NOW. Not in the Future. The Noosa Council working in with the Police to reduce
the FERAL SPEEDING and DRIVING BEHAVIOUR . The toxic fumes and speeding Sun Buses
especially in Goodchap Street. It is vv DANGEROUS and OUT OF CONTROL and the Noosa
Council had done NOTHING to address the situation for the last THREE YEAR'S.
19/09/2020 | Please support and encourage, not discourage, local wedding businesses and the wedding
(1) by reducing the permit fees for outdoor wedding ceremonies. | would also like to see a
special discounted permit fee during the Covid pandemic to encourage outdoor weddings at
Noosa Council venue sites.
(2) provide undercover options to provide shade in the hot summer months and cover when it
rains. | am a local wedding celebrant and it is truly heartbreaking for couples (and their quests)
when months (sometimes years) of planning for their Big
