1. Introduction
Reel Planning Pty. Ltd has commissioned Omtrek Pty Itd on behalf of Mrs Rebecca Herrman (owner)
to review the coastal processes at Sunshine Beach and the coastal management implications
associated with relaxation of the coastal building line over the subject site at 42 Seaview Terrace,
Sunshine Beach.
The owner has submitted a development application for a swimming pool to be located within the
portion ofthe property within the coastal building line. This report aims to demonstrate that the
proposed development will not adversely impact on the future coastal management options along
this section of coast.
