   6.     Qualifications

   6.1.   The Report

            This report has been prepared by Omtrek Pty Ltd for the client based on an agreed scope
            of work and to provide advice m relation to relaxation of the coastal building line at
            Sunshine Beach.

            Omtrek Pty. Ltd. exercises allreasonable skilland care in the provision ofits professional
            services.  Our analysis and overall approach has been specifically catered for the
            particular requirements of the client and may not be applicable beyond this scope. For
            this reason, any other third parties are not authorised to utilise this report without further
            input and advice from Omtrek Pty. Ltd.
            Omtrek Pty. Ltd. is not responsible and will not be liable to any other parties for or in
            relation to any matter dealt within this report, or for any loss or damage suffered by any
            other parties arising from matters dealt with or conclusions expressed in this report. Other
            parties should not rely upon the report or the accuracy or completeness of any

            1.  BMT WBM (2013), “Coastal Processes Study for the Sunshine Coast”
            2.  Design drawings supplied by the client
            The accuracy ofthe report is dependent upon the accuracy of this information.
