Plan will be prepared as part of an operational works application when a builder has been engaged and
final engineering design undertaken.


Item 5: Provide a detailed landscape plan that is in accordance with Noosa Plan PSP2 Landscaping –
Coastal Beachfront areas species.

Applicant’s Response to Item 5: The applicant will undertake landscaping of the subject sites in
accordance with Councils landscape policy and is willing to accept a condition in this regard. Existing
vegetation will be retained where possible however as detailed above existing vegetation


Item 6: Indicate the proposed screens capacity for coverage.

Applicant’s Response to Item 6: The project designer indicates that screens will be designed to provide
a minimum of 50% transparency. Final details will be confirmed at a later stage with the applicant willing
to accept a condition in this regard.


The applicant considers that they have now responded to Council’s information request. We request the
Council issues a list of adjoining owners so we may commence public notification of the proposal.
