Notification will be provided closer to the date with respect to the timing of the presentation to
Council and the availability of the final report.

A further procurement process will be required for Phase 2 of the Waste Management Strategy
review.

FINANCE & RISK

The cost of the Phase 1 review is $30,000 and is within existing budgetary provisions. Following
receipt of the project plan, provision will be made in 2014/15 budgets for the delivery of Phase 2
of the project.

Consultation on the consultants brief for Phase 1 was undertaken with Mayor Playford, Cr Joe
Jurisevic and Doug Barnes, Waste Operations Co-ordinator.
