1         Introduction
Kieran Courtney commissioned FERG & ROEDS to undertake a Site Servicing Report of the proposed residential
subdivision of 9 Butler St, Tewantin (Lot 1 RP174646). This report has been prepared to address all engineering issues
for Council to support a development application for a Reconfiguration of Lot (ROL) on the property.

The site contains a dwelling located at the front of the property. The rear of the property is vegetated
by trees and bushland. The block slopes towards the north western boundary as shown by the contours in Figure 1-1
below.
