1.        DECLARATION OF OPENING

          The Special Meeting dated Thursday 5 December 2024 resumed at 9am on Thursday
          12 December 2024.

          Noosa Council respectfully acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the lands and
          waters of the Noosa area, the Kabi Kabi people, and pays respect to their Elders,
          past, present and emerging.
