RE: Minor Change applicant Request – 12 Opal Street, Cooroy QLD 4563
I am writing with regards to the attached Minor Change Request, to the approved Material Change
of Use application (MCU 16/0043) for 2 additional Patio Roofs at the rear of units 1 and 2. It should
be noted that these structures will be located on common property and body cooperate approval
has been attached to this application. It is therefore requested that council provides confirmation
that the following change is supported in accordance with the approved plans under approval MCU
16/0043;
