12   FESTIVE SEASON EVENTS GRANTS POLICY
     Item not dealt with by Infrastructure & Services Committee. Referred to General
     Committee for consideration.
     Reason for referral – Infrastructure & Services Committee suggest a change to the
     policy wording.


13   LIBRARIES STRATEGIC PLAN
     That Council note the report by the Libraries & Galleries Manager to the Infrastructure &
     Services Committee Meeting dated 28 April 2015 and agree to:
     A.   The development of a Libraries Strategic Plan to guide the future of library services
          for Noosa;
     B.   The establishment of a Libraries Strategic Plan Reference Group as per the
          membership and process outlined in section 6 of the report; and
     C.   Nominate Councillor Jurisevic to participate in the Libraries Strategic Plan Reference
          Group.


14   WASTE MANAGEMENT - 4 MONTHLY REPORT TO 31 MARCH 2015
     That Council note the report by the Waste Coordinator to the Infrastructure and Services
     Committee Meeting dated 28 April 2015 providing an update on the activities of the Waste
     Management Section to 31 March 2015.


15   ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH - 4 MONTHLY REPORT TO 31 MARCH 2015
     That Council note the report by the Environmental Health Officer to the Infrastructure &
     Services Committee Meeting dated 28 April 2015 providing an update on the activities of
     the Environmental Health Section to 31 March 2015.




Recommendation

The Infrastructure & Services Committee recommendations dated 28 April 2015 be adopted
except where dealt with or held over by separate resolution.
