1    OUTSTANDING BUILDING FINALS
     That Council note the report by the Building and Plumbing Manager to the Planning &
     Organisation Committee Meeting dated 28 April 2015 regarding the outstanding building
     finals held by Council.


2    NEW SWIMMING POOL LEGISLATION
     That Council note the report by the Building and Plumbing Services Manager to the
     Planning & Organisation Committee Meeting dated 28 April 2015 advising of new
     legislation from 30 November 2015 regarding swimming pools.


3    DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION FOR MATERIAL CHANGE OF USE FOR A MIXED USE
     DEVELOPMENT (SERVICE STATION, SHOP, FAST FOOD RESTAURANT, CAR
     WASH, SELF STORAGE FACILITY AND TOURIST PARK) AT 125 MYALL STREET

     Reason for referral: Cr Wellington requested a further report regarding Condition 22.


5    NOOSA LGA PEST MANAGEMENT PLAN 2015-2019
     That Council note the report by the Principal Environment Officer to the Planning &
     Organisation Committee Meeting dated 28 April 2015 and
     A.    Thank the Pest Management Stakeholder Group for their work in developing the Pest
           Management Plan; and
     B.    Adopt the Noosa LGA Pest Management Plan 2015-2019 (Attachment 2).


6    LAND FOR WILDLIFE             AND     VOLUNTARY      CONSERVATION        AGREEMENT
     PROGRAMMES
     That Council note the report by the Environment Officer to the Planning & Organisation
     Committee Meeting dated 28 April 2015 regarding the Land for Wildlife Program and the
     Voluntary Conservation Agreement Programs.
