Ecological Impact Report v1 NCES REF: J001116 Lot 3 on RP179954 & Lot 2 on RP175675 – 40 & 56 Donnellys Road, Ridgewood QLD driveway. The revised boundary avoids impacting the mixed hardwood plantation (refer Plate 12 & VC01). Southern side Northern side Approx. proposed boundary alignment Plate 12 – Slash pine forest conditions along proposed boundary alignment The proposal essentially aims to shift the alignment of the boundary from the edge of the pine plantation to the centre of the pine plantation, where it’s expected to impact less native vegetation (i.e., avoiding the scattered mature native trees lining the current boundary on the edge of the pine forest. Therefore, the potential impacts (i.e., exempt clearing opportunities) as a result of the proposal are not deemed a significant impact as it does not impact a native vegetation area and/or an Ecologically Important Area. The alignment of a new boundary anywhere through the assessed vegetation units is considered acceptable with respect to ecological impact. 5.0 MITIGATION MEASURES In this instance no mitigation measures are proposed as none are deemed necessary. 15 ©2022
