development, a qualified person is considered to be a person who:
                        a. is a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ); and
                        b. has a degree in civil engineering or engineering geology; and
                        c. has a minimum of 5 years experience in the field of geotechnical engineering or
                                engineering geology.
                        Property Driveway and Vehicle Crossover
                 6. The planning scheme declares the construction of a driveway and vehicle crossover to
the property to be Accepted Development subject to meeting the requirements of the
Low Density Housing Code. If the proposed driveway and vehicle crossover does not
comply with each Acceptable Outcomes contained in the Code, a Development Permit

Building and Construction Industry (Portable Long Service Leave) Levy
                 7. The QLeave levy must be paid prior to the issue of a development permit where it is
required. Council will not be able to issue a Decision Notice without receipt of details
that the Levy has been paid.
                        Co-ordination of Operational Works Assessment
                 8. Additional application fees apply to Operational Work applications where the different
aspects of the works are lodged separately. Significant savings in application fees will
result if all works are lodged in a single application.
                        Works affecting the Revetment Wall
                 9. Any works that may affect the structural integrity of the revetment wall or extend outside
the property boundary of the subject site must be done so in accordance with an
Operational Works permit for Prescribed Tidal Works, requiring owner’s consent by the
                        State.
