 Summary

Objective: Undertake strategic projects and partnerships that advance Council’s seven Sustainability Principles which
set a clear aim for a nature positive, low carbon and climate resilient Noosa that is inclusive, connected, prosperous,
circular, and sustainable.

Activities: Provision of specialist advice and coordination in the area sustainability, climate change adaptation and
resilience planning, emissions reduction, energy transition and assist with alignment and consistency across Council’s
plans and strategies.
