Log in to see the plans as drawnBushfire Hazard Assessment v2 NCES REF: J000908 Lot 21 on SP316902 – 25 Pavilion Street, Pomona Plate 4 – Site Topography (Source: NC Interactive Maps) 2.3 Vegetation The following vegetation hazard classes (classified in accordance with QFES (2019)) were identified within the assessment area which includes a 150m buffer surrounding the site: • Vegetation Hazard Class 9.1 – Moist to dry eucalypt open forests on coastal lowlands and ranges; • Vegetation Hazard Class 39.2 – Low to moderate tree cover in built up areas; and • Vegetation Hazard Class 41.4 – Discontinuous low grass or tree cover. The characteristics of each observed vegetation hazard class are described in the following sections.
